**Current Therapy Guidelines

Considering current public health circumstances, counselors wish to minimize disruption to your well-being. 


CURRENT CLIENTS:  Counselors continue to conduct most sessions through HIPAA compliant telehealth (video conferencing) at this time. 

Some in-office sessions may be offered throughout the Summer by your counselor. 


NEW CLIENTS:  New clients are of course welcome and should expect first sessions via video conferencing, though during 

the Summer in-office sessions may begin to be offered also.

Appointment times for new sessions are available during days, evenings and weekends. 


NY State has a Free Emotional Support Helpline available @ 1-844-863-9314 helping callers experiencing increased anxiety due to the coronavirus emergency.
